Colorado Springs School District 11 to ask voters for bond approval in November

COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs School District 11 will refer a bond question to voters in the district.

The proposed measure will appear on the ballot on November 2. It will give voters an opportunity to approve a $350 million bond without raising their taxes. The bond will target capital repairs and improvements in D11 schools. Bond approval would also help the district close the gap on its $700 million backlog in necessary repairs and maintenance.
