UPDATE: The fire is contained, but PFD said traffic is still being impacted. Continue to avoid the area.

PUEBLO, Colo. — The Pueblo Fire Department (PFD) is responding to a “large wildland fire” at the Belmont interchange of I-25.

PFD said Highway 50 is closed in both directions at the Interstate. Avoid the area while crews respond.
