(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is asking the community for help locating an at-risk 12-year-old last seen in Fountain.

According to EPSO, 12-year-old Jaxon was last seen at Janitell Junior High School in Fountain on Thursday. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with jeans and black shoes. He wears glasses, is 4’6″ tall and weighs 100 pounds.
