(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) is investigating a shooting that left one person injured on the lower east side on Sunday, March 10.
According to PPD, around 1:40 p.m. on Sunday, officers responded to the 300 block of North Glendale Avenue, just south of East 4th Street, on a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
PPD said the victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and was later transported to a hospital in Colorado Springs. PPD said Crimes Against Persons detectives responded to investigate the shooting.
