(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Weber Street Kitchen is the latest addition to the Blue Star Group family, bringing a fresh new concept to the table and to The Well in downtown Colorado Springs! Inspired by memories of good times and good food, the restaurant is known for cooking up beloved and craveable classics.

Weber Street Kitchen’s lead chef, Chase DeCoux, was cooking up some delicious homestyle food with FOX21’s Krista Witiak at the newest vendor at The Well.

The Weber Street Kitchen is the sister restaurant of Ivywild Kitchen, located on South Tejon. Diners who have visited Ivywild Kitchen may recognize the menu and name.

The Hot Chicken Sandwich and Popcorn Chicken are a few of the new takes on chicken on the menu, along with an indulgent classic cheeseburger and crisp wedge salad.
