(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Cinco de Mayo is Sunday, a yearly celebration marking Mexico’s victory over France in the Battle of Puebla. But in America, it’s evolved into a commemoration of Mexican culture and heritage and has become one of the busiest days for Mexican restaurants, like Dos Santos in Colorado Springs.

Isabel Chambers, General Manager, said “It’s going to be a party!” She and bartender Jason Downs, joined FOX21 Morning News on Friday, May 3, to demonstrate how to craft a perfect margarita and talk about what customers can expect on Sunday. The party goes from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
