(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Patients in Colorado Springs were greeted with signs on the doors of three Optum Urgent Care locations saying they were closed.
The signs did not offer an explanation for the closures but FOX21 spoke with an Optum Care representative who said Optum did not have the personnel to staff the urgent care services and were forced to close.
The closure impacts all three urgent care locations, however, X-ray services will still be offered through Aug. 1 and no other Optum facilities and care services are currently impacted, and will remain open.
