(COLORADO SPRINGS) — UCHealth will be offering a free hands-on CPR class on Saturday, Sept. 14.

According to UCHealth, the organization will be collaborating with healthcare providers in the community to offer the class that will cover a range of topics. The class will be held at Pikes Peak State College – Centennial Campus from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Attendees will learn:

How to recognize a cardiac event

How to deliver CPR

How to use an Auto External Defibrillator

Gain hands-on experience

Individuals can sign up online. A spokesperson with UCHealh said signing up ahead of time is not required, and anyone can show up day-of.
