(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) responded to two burglaries on Thursday, Oct. 10, and are now looking for the suspects and vehicle used in the incident.
At around 1:30 a.m. on Thursday, EPSO’s Communications Center received multiple 911 calls reporting a burglary in the 2000 Block of B Street, near the Stratmoor Hills neighborhood. Witnesses described three suspects using a vehicle to ram through the front of a store to enter.
As deputies were responding, other 911 calls indicated the same suspects were trying to break into another business nearby. Witnesses said there were two vehicles involved, a white Kia and a gray Kia hatchback.
While responding to the scene, deputies saw a white Kia speed away from the area but attempts to locate the car were unsuccessful.
This is an active investigation. EPSO is asking the community to call the tip line at (719)-520-7777 if they have any information about this case.
