(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reported that an ATM was stolen from the outside of Independent Financial Bank using a front-end loader on Monday, Feb. 24.

According to CSPD, the ATM, which was taken from the bank located at 1555 Lake Avenue, was later found a short distance away with no money missing, and was returned to the bank.

CSPD said that the loader was later determined to have been stolen. No arrests have been made at this time.
