Officers, civilians honored at CSPD award ceremony

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — At its annual awards ceremony on Wednesday, Feb. 26, the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) honored officers and civilians for “courageous actions and significant contributions” to the community.

The awards ceremony was held on Wednesday at the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame, where awards were given for heroic actions that saved lives and contributed to the community’s wellbeing in impactful ways.

11 Life Saving Awards

One Officer of The Year Award

One Civilian Employee of The Year Award

One Honor Guard Member of The Year Award

Seven Department Commendations

One Chief’s Community Partner Award

One Chief’s Unit Citation
