“If you know our burgers… you know,” says General Manager Stephanie McNamara with a smile. And once you’ve had one, you’ll understand the hype.
“So our burgers are from Boulder Valley Beef. They’re premium Angus, grass-fed, with no hormones and no antibiotics. They’re never frozen, so they’re just quality beef,” said McNamara.
The buns are local too, from Harvest Moon Bakery in Denver. Plus, many of the sauces and toppings are made in-house from scratch.
“We try to make everything from scratch,” McNamara adds. “Rather than just doing frozen-to-fryer.”
The most popular pick? The Fire Burger–a spicy favorite for heat lovers. “That one just sells,” McNamara laughs. “People love spice here.”
But if spice isn’t your thing, don’t worry. There’s something for everyone, from classic cheeseburgers to mushroom-topped creations and even a vegetarian soy-based patty.
Seasonal specials keep things interesting, offering a rotating lineup of new flavor combinations. “We like to have fun with it,” says McNamara. “We feature our burgers in special ways all the time.”
And what’s a burger without the perfect side?
“I mean, people love our fries,” says McNamara. “We also do beer-battered onion rings, house salad, housemade coleslaw, and Brussels sprouts that are sautéed with bacon and shallots, then topped with parmesan cheese and a little balsamic vinaigrette.”
With 30 rotating draft lines, there’s no shortage of drink options to choose for the perfect pairing.
“Beer and burgers—they’re a perfect combo,” McNamara noted. “I also offer ciders, and I always have sours on for the sour heads. Plenty of IPAs, plenty of light options… I’ve got something for everybody.”
