(COLORADO SPRINGS) — On Thursday, Oct. 23, QuikTrip (QT) opened its first Colorado Springs store between East La Salle Street and Palmer Park Boulevard.
The store features 16 fuel pumps designed to move guests through quickly, from fueling up to grabbing food, to getting back on the road.
QT said guests will find QT’s full-service QT kitchens, made-to-order favorites, and plenty of grab-and-go options. Popular choices include The Big Q fountain drinks, pizzas, hot dogs topped your way, breakfast sandwiches, and more. Customers can enjoy 12 beverages on tap, from hot lattes to iced drinks made with real milk and freshly-ground beans
“We’re proud to continue growing in Colorado, and excited to introduce QuikTrip to Colorado Springs,” said Aisha Jefferson, QT Corporate Communications Manager. “Our signature is simple: fresh food, friendly people, and reliable service. We look forward to becoming a trusted neighbor in this community.”
QT said the store will bring about two dozen jobs to the area, and those interested can apply online.
According to QT, it is known for its competitive pay, tuition reimbursement, medical coverage, and strong 401(k) benefits. The company is also known for giving back, donating 5% of annual net profits to community organizations, including United Way, Safe Place, local food banks and schools, and Folds of Honor, which provides educational scholarships to families of fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.
