Not so spooky snacks with Chef Janon

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — It’s spooky season, but Chef Janon Bourgeois, Private Chef and Culinary Coach, is whipping up some not-so-spooky snacks. She joined FOX21 Morning News on Wednesday, Oct. 29, and showed how to make “Guac-o-lanterns,” “Dragon eggs,” and a “Boo-rata board.”

Her recipe for the Dragon Egg Sauce is below.

Dragon Egg Sauce

1 cup mayo

1 whole garlic head, minced (not just a clove)

1/2 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp turmeric
