(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) — The Fountain Police Department (FPD) is looking for a 13-year-old boy missing from the north side of Fountain.

According to FPD, 13-year-old Gabriel Lendsey was last seen around 4:15 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4 walking in the 7600 block of Duck Hawk Place, just south of Mesa Ridge Parkway.

Gabriel is described as black, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’1″ tall and weighs around 110 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie.
