16-year-old missing from School for Deaf and Blind

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking the community to be on the lookout for a 16-year-old girl who went missing from the Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind (CSDB) on Monday, May 13 shortly after noon.

CSPD said 16-year-old Madelyn Garland was last seen at the school around 12:15 p.m. on Monday. CSPD said Madelyn is deaf and considered at-risk.

CSPD said Madelyn is described as white, standing 5’1″ tall, and weighing 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue jeans with a red, white, and blue tie-dye hoodie with the CSDB logo on it, and blue shoes.
