(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Build-A-Bear wants to celebrate those who only get to celebrate their birthday every four years with a special offer on its Birthday Treat Bear.

Build-A-Bear said that on Feb. 29, for one day only, those celebrating a Leap Day birthday will be invited to any participating Build-A-Bear Workshop to build a Birthday Treat Bear for just $4. The price is a nod to the once-every-four-year occurrence of leap-day birthdays.

The limited-time promotion is an extension of Build-A-Bear’s “Pay Your Age” offer, where children can take home a Birthday Treat Bear during their birthday month for the cost of the age they are turning.

The promotion will only be available in-store on Feb. 29 and Build-A-Bear recommends contacting your local workshop to check for availability before visiting the store. The offer is available to all ages.
