(U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.) — The U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) said on Tuesday, Dec. 10, and Wednesday, Dec. 11 traffic will be reduced to one lane while crews work on maintenance.

USAFA said the maintenance is of the active vehicle barriers and will close the lanes from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. On Tuesday only one inbound lane will be closed at a time and both outbound lanes will be open and on Wednesday, one outbound lane will be closed at a time while both inbound lanes will be open.

USAFA advises drivers arriving and departing the Academy may encounter delays and should consider using the South Gate as needed.
