(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A fire in the overnight hours of Tuesday, Dec. 10 has led to the arrest of a man, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).
CSPD said a little after 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, officers were called to the 400 block of Arrawanna Street near East Platte Avenue and North Circle Drive to assist the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) with a fire involving a semi-truck and a nearby shed. CSFD said the fire was out by 1:49 a.m.
CSPD said two people involved were found on the scene. One of the people involved, identified as 44-year-old John Vonritter, was taken to the hospital for injuries.

Vonritter was later taken into custody for alleged arson charges.
