(PARK COUNTY, Colo.) — The Park County Sheriff’s Office confirmed on Monday, Dec. 30, that Hailey Cole and Johnny Morris, who were identified as people of interest in the ongoing homicide investigation of Tim Huston, are currently in custody in Pearl River County, Mississippi.
According to the Park County Sheriff’s Office, Morris and Cole are being held by law enforcement on local charges in Pearl River County, including Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools.

Tim Huston was discovered dead inside his home in Hartsel, Colorado on Christmas Eve under circumstances that indicated a violent crime.
The Sheriff’s Office said that the case remains a high priority for the agency and continues to be an active investigation in partnership with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
