(SOUTHERN COLORADO) — According to the Black Hills Energy website, a power outage in Southern Colorado is affecting over 2,500 people on Monday, March 17.

According to the outage map, several counties are affected, including Pueblo County, Crowley County, Otero County, Custer County, and Fremont County.
