(SPONSORED) — This week, FOX21 Morning News and the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region (HSPPR) are featuring Sophie, a four-year-old Pit Bull mix who came into HSPPR as an owner surrender.
According to HSPPR, Sophie enjoys playing fetch, napping in a cozy dog bed, and chewing up stuffed toys. She has experience living with cats and other dogs, but proper introductions are recommended. Due to her energy and discomfort around children, HSPPR said Sophie would do best in a mature home.
Sophie loves spending time with HSPPR volunteers outside, especially if that means she gets to play with a ball and receive extra scratches.
Sophie’s adoption fee is $175 which includes a voucher for a veterinarian exam, vaccinations, and a microchip, and she is already spayed.
