(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reported that officers responded to a call regarding shots fired near the intersection of North Union Boulevard and East Bijou Street on Monday, April 21, where they found a car that had been shot into while two people were inside.

According to CSPD, when officers arrived at the 200 block of N. Union around 10 p.m. on Monday, they found that the people in the car did not get any life-threatening injuries from the incident. Officers processed the scene and found dozens of spent cartridge cases in the area.
