Elephant Thai celebrates one-year anniversary at new location

(SPONSORED) — Elephant Thai has been an integral part of the Colorado Springs community in terms of diversity and food. On July 18, the popular restaurant celebrated its one-year anniversary at its new location. Owner/Chef Suwanna Meyer invited Loving Living Local host Justin Antweil to the restaurant to reflect on the last 365 days and to showcase new menu items.

“We are so thankful for the community’s support,” said Meyer. “We are known for our authentic Thai Street Food. You feel immediately like you are in the center of Bangkok when you walk in, thanks to our cozy vibes, ingredients, and presentation.”

Elephant Thai is located at 4703 North Academy Boulevard and is open Monday through Saturday. Meyer also unveiled eight new summer dishes.

“I’m looking forward to a new elaborate menu,” said Meyer. “Quarter leg duck with pineapple curry is one of my favorites, plus the ginger rice with fried chicken.”
