(U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.) — A Cadet accused of sexual assault has been found not guilty by a judge, according to the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA).

USAFA said Cadet Tony Heidelberger asked for a trial by a military judge, after a five-day trial Heidelberger was found not guilty on three counts of sexual assault.
