COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs Fire Department is currently responding to a barreling apartment fire at 6480 Olympic Park Pt.

Crews on scene are reporting the large fire is burning through the roof of the three-story building. There are no reported injuries to any community members or firefighters at this time.

The cause of the fire is not known at this time, but a heavy lighting storm was reported in the area.
