(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) has made an arrest in connection to the shooting of a 13-year-old girl near the Riverwalk.
According to PPD, Romello Hernandez was arrested on July 24 on a warrant for attempted first degree homicide in the shooting of a 13-year-old girl on July 14.

On July 22, PPD reached out to the community for help gathering information on the shooting. PPD is still asking anyone with information on this incident to contact Detective Jose Medina at (719) 553-3296.
