Haskell, Okla. (KFOR) — On Monday, documents have been filed that show arrest warrants have been issued for a Haskell couple accused of leaving a foster child in extreme cold conditions.
Kaylin Fultz, an Oklahoma school teacher, and Andrew Fultz both face one count of child neglect, according to court documents.
On Saturday, Feb. 22, the foster child’s biological mother’s attorney confirmed the child was no longer staying at the house and was moved in the middle of the night.
The social media viral incident led to the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) announcing on Friday, Feb. 21, that an investigation was underway into the teacher who served as a foster parent to the viral video of her foster child left unattended in bitter temperatures.
KFOR will continue to cover this developing story.
