(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Casco Construction is groundbreaking its first major commercial development in Colorado Springs on Tuesday, April 8.

From 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Casco Construction will be at the intersection of Woodmen and Mohawk, celebrating the groundbreaking. The development will feature a 368-unit apartment complex, as well as major retail and dining places, including Midas, Chick-fil-A, Murphy Oil Convenience Store and Gas Station, Taco Express, and a 12,000-square-foot retail center.

To celebrate, there will be local businesses and food trucks on site on Tuesday.
