(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is looking for a 16-year-old who was last seen on Wednesday, March 19.

River Evans, 16, was last seen on Wednesday at 9 p.m. in the 530 block of Brown Avenue in Pueblo, near Highway 96, getting into an unknown car. According to CBI, Evans is deaf and blind. She has a cognitive disability and functions at a younger age level than her age. CBI said Evans may be in a mental health crisis and takes medication she is likely without.

CBI said the vehicle is likely a small truck. Evans is described as white, standing at 5’0” and weighing 200 pounds.
