City holding Public Input Meeting for 2026 budget

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs City Council will be hosting a meeting for public input about the proposed 2026 City Budget today, Oct. 27, at 5:30 p.m.

The meeting will be in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 107 N. Nevada Avenue, and is scheduled to last until 7 p.m. According to the City, it will be broadcast on SpringsTV, Comcast channels 18 and 880, and live via the City Council’s Facebook page.

Coloradans who wish to speak during the Town Hall are encouraged to register in advance by emailing [email protected] or by calling (719) 385-5480.

After this City Town Hall, the council will meet again on Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 1 p.m. to conduct a Budget Markup Session, then again on Monday, Nov. 10, for the first reading of the 2026 Budget ordinance at a City Council Regular Meeting.
