(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Easter is just around the corner and there’s a huge and free community egg hunt returning to Colorado Springs. The Second Annual Easter Day Hop and Seek Easter Egg Hunt, presented by All Care Solutions featuring the Vendor Takeover, is taking place Saturday, April 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Nancy Lewis Park.
LaBrisa Jimenez, Founder of the Young Entrepreneurs of Colorado Springs, and Breonna Moranda, with All Care Solutions, joined FOX21 Morning News on Thursday, April 10 to talk about what families can expect. “It’s going to be an epic blast,” said Moranda.
According to Moranda, more than 1,600 people have already RSVPed, and nearly 40 vendors are signed up. Events include a kids’ talent show, three different egg hunts, a LEGO contest, and more.
“Last year, my husband and I were just really feeling incredibly blessed to be living in this wonderful community and wanted to pay it forward,” said Moranda.
People are asked to RSVP, but it is not required. Jimenez said vendors and volunteers are also still needed. “We’re also looking for children; if your children are interested in being part of our talent show,” said Jimenez.
