Country stars to headline Colorado State Fair concert rodeo series

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The 2025 Colorado State Fair is bringing three nights of country music, all right after the action of the PRCA Rodeo from Aug. 22 through Aug. 24.

Cooper Alan kicks off the concert series at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 22. Alan’s latest single, “Take Forever”, shot to no.1 on Sirius XM’s The Highway Hot 30 Countdown, kicks off the concert series at 9:30 p.m. Fans can enjoy Alan’s usual country-rock mix or his spin on fan-favorite classics. Tickets are $40.

“There is no better combination than a summer night with rodeo and amazing country music at the Colorado State Fair,” said Andrea Wiesenmeyer, General Manager of the Colorado State Fair. “We’re thrilled to bring this incredible line up, and we can’t wait for fans to experience the energy of these live shows. There’s nothing quite like the magic of a great concert after a rodeo!”

Grammy-nominated Lee Brice will take over the stage on Saturday, Aug. 23. Brice has racked up CMA and ACM awards, and honored fellow country singers with signature performances. Tickets for the 9:30 show on Saturday are $50.

Closing the three nights, Clay Walker will be performing after the rodeo at the State Fair on Sunday, Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. Walker’s known for his signature sound and 30 charted singles.

Tickets for the rodeo concert series events will be available to purchase at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 20 online, by phone at 1-800-514-3849, and in person at the Colorado State Fair box office. Concert tickets bought before Aug. 22 include general admission to the fair.

This year’s fair runs from Aug. 22 through Sept. 1, and the theme is ‘Growing the Tradition’.
