(U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.) — A general court-martial will be held on Monday. Jan. 8 for a U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) cadet accused of sexual assault.

According to USAFA, Cadet Tony Heidelberger is charged with three specifications of sexual assault, in violation of Article 120 Uniform Code of Military Justice.
