(MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo.) — A dozen teams vied for victory in the 30th Annual Mumbo Jumbo Gumbo Cook-off in Soda Springs Park on Saturday, March 2, competing for placement in the professional and amateur chef categories, as well as for the Showmanship and People’s Choice awards.

Creole Roots Foodtruck won first place among the professional chefs, as well as taking the People’s Choice Award. Border Burger Bar followed in second place, and Po’ Brothers took third.

In the amateur division, Eric Machens, Three Avengers (No Thor), took top place, and John Charland, Stir it Up, was awarded 2nd place. Jen Richard, Krewe de Voodoo ranked 3rd place in the amateur competition and also took home the Showmanship Award.
