(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) said one person had serious injuries after a crash in the afternoon hours of Tuesday, Dec. 3.
According to CSFD, on Tuesday at around noon fire personnel were called to a crash near East Platte Avenue and North Powers Boulevard. About 20 minutes later CSFD said a person had been removed from a crashed vehicle and was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, along with another person with serious injuries.
CSFD said two other people were evaluated for injuries on scene and the off-ramp on southbound N. Powers Blvd. to E. Platte Ave. would be closed for an undetermined amount of time.
