(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department is currently responding to a structure fire near Palmer Park.

At around 9:46 a.m., CSFD reported it was responding to a fire at 1765 North Academy Boulevard, off Constitution Avenue. Crews report black smoke showing from the roof.

Individuals are asked to be cautious of crews responding.
