(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) said crews are on the scene of a grass fire near I-25 in the afternoon hours of Wednesday, Feb. 5.

On Wednesday, at around 12:30 p.m., CSFD posted on social media that smoke may be visible in the area of I-25 and South Tejon Street south of downtown. CSPD said crews are on the scene and working to extinguish the fire.
