(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) responded Monday afternoon, Feb. 19, to a rollover crash with people trapped in the wreckage.

CSFD posted about the crash shortly after 4 p.m. on Monday and said crews were working to free people trapped inside a car. The crash happened just east of I-25 on Uintah Street.

CSFD said the person trapped inside the car was freed just before 4:30 p.m. and had been taken to the hospital for their injuries.
