(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is investigating a shots fired incident in which 21 shell casings were found near a home that had been hit by gunfire.
According to CSPD, officers responded to a shots fired call around 6:45 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 31 at a home on 7 Arrow Drive near Palmer Park and Powers Boulevards. When officers responded, they found a home with bullet holes in it and 21 shell casings nearby.
CSPD said people were inside at the time of the shooting but no one was injured. Suspect information is limited, but CSPD is asking the community for help from any witnesses or anyone who may have information relevant to the investigation.
