(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) responded to reports of a shooting that left one man injured on Friday evening, Aug. 30.

According to CSPD, officers were dispatched to Bijou Court, near Bijou Street and Wahsatch Avenue, around 7 p.m. on Friday, where they found a male victim who had a single non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

CSPD said the shooter was an unknown man who then escaped in a dark-colored van. No additional people were injured and the investigation is ongoing.
