(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is investigating an officer-involved shooting on the east side of Colorado Springs.

CSPD posted about the shooting just before 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17, and said officers were on scene in the 5600 block of Buckskin Pass Drive, near North Powers Boulevard and North Carefree Circle.

CSPD did not specify whether anyone was injured. FOX21 News has a crew on the way to the scene and will provide updates as information becomes available.
