(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is on scene investigating human remains discovered at Patty Jewett Golf Course on Tuesday, May 21.
According to CSPD, a possible human bone was found shortly after 8 a.m. on Tuesday at the golf course. CSPD confirmed to FOX21 News that the El Paso County Coroner determined the remains were human.
CSPD could not comment on how long the remains had been there or provide any other details about them but said extensive testing would be done to learn more.
