(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is looking for a missing at-risk adult last seen east of Downtown Colorado Springs.
According to CSPD, 44-year-old Zachary Hulsker was last seen in the area of Farragut Avenue and East Bijou Street heading east at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1.
Hulsker is described as a white man, 5’8″, 156lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
