(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is looking for any possible additional victims in a sexual assault investigation that started back in January.

According to CSPD, on Jan. 14 CSPD’s Crimes Against Children Unit started an investigation into a report of Sexual Assault on a Child allegedly involving 38-year-old Christopher Angulo. CSPD said its investigation showed Angulo having engaged in sexual activity with a minor which resulted in an arrest on Jan. 29 for the charge of Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust.

CSPD said the investigation showed Angulo had contacted and communicated with minors through social media apps and detectives are looking for additional information including potential unreported incidents involving Angulo, and believe there are more victims.
