(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is looking for a missing at-risk minor who was last seen on Monday, Nov. 25.

According to CSPD, 13-year-old Demetrius Foster was last seen on Monday at the 3100 block of Harpy Grove near Hancock Expressway.

CSPD said Foster was last seen wearing a brown short-sleeved t-shirt and black jeans.
