(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Polie Department is looking for a missing at-risk 12-year-old girl.

According to police, Elizabeth Phelps was last seen on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at the Citadel Mall. She was last seen with an unknown man who was wearing a black hoodie and pants.

Phelps is described as black, with brown eyes, standing at 5’3”, and weighs approximately 115 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, black crop top, black leggings, a bow in her hair, a black Adidas backpack, and glasses. She was also carrying a blue bag.
