(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A man was arrested after he was observed firing multiple handguns in the street on Monday, March 17, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).

CSPD reported that around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, officers were dispatched to the area of Redcloud Peak Drive and Banning Lewis Parkway, near Marksheffel Road and Dublin Boulevard, on reports of shots fired. Multiple people reported having seen the man, later identified as 24-year-old Eric Doboue, Jr., firing handguns in the street. When officers arrived, they also observed him firing rounds in the street before entering a home.

According to CSPD, officers called Duboue out to the street and arrested him without incident. No injuries were reported and the investigation is ongoing.
