(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is seeking additional victims of a man who allegedly exposed himself to women and touched them without their consent in commercial parking lots around the Colorado Springs area.
According to CSPD, the investigation into these incidents began in January 2025, when a report was received of indecent exposure and unlawful sexual contact in a commercial parking lot in Colorado Springs. As investigators worked to identify the suspect, numerous other similar reports were received.
CSPD said investigators were able to identify a pattern and link multiple incidents to the same suspect. According to CSPD, the pattern included a man, driving a silver sedan, exposing himself to women as they walked through commercial parking lots. In many cases, the suspect would also reach through his window and touch women as they were getting into their cars.
The most recent incident took place on Aug. 19 in the 1700 block of Briargate Parkway, near the intersection with Voyager Parkway.
Through their investigation, and with help from the Real-Time Crime Center, investigators were able to identify the suspect as 36-year-old Brian Williams. Williams was located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and with assistance from the United States Marshals Service and Albuquerque Police Department, Williams was taken into custody. He has been charged with three counts of felony Public Indecency and two counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact.
CSPD said the investigation into these incidents is ongoing, and investigators believe there are additional victims. If you feel you may have been a victim or have further information to share with law enforcement, you are asked to contact CSPD at (719) 444-7000.
