Around 10:00 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 8, CSPD responded to a burglary alarm at a business in the 200 Block of East St. Elmo Avenue, right off of South Nevada Avenue. Once at the store, police found that it had already been robbed and began to search the area.

They found one suspect in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Lenmar Drive, just a few blocks away. The other suspect was caught coming out of a different apartment and taken into custody.

CSPD discovered that both suspects are minors, with one actively on probation for Felony Menacing and Second Degree Assault on a Police Officer. Both were served and then released to their parents for Second Degree Burglary.
